The Red Willow Center project is a two-tracked project.

The first track is a diverse group of 16 health practitioners who are committed to a team-based approach to working with clients. The modalities represented include: mental health therapy, craniosacral therapy, chiropractic care, mid-level allopathic health care, aryuvedic health, BodyTalk, massage, Rosen Method bodywork, Aqua Chi, hypnotherapy and dietary services.

The Red Willow Center also features 5,100 square feet of outside garden space—beautifully-landscaped with native plants like red willow, Kinnikinnick, and burning bush; a granite boulder water feature; a redwood fence; and separate green spaces—where classes like Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong can be conducted outside in good weather.

The second track is the Red Willow Learning Center. The Red Willow Learning Center is a 1,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art classroom space within the beautifully designed and renovated 4,800 square-foot Red Willow Center for Health and Healing. This space is available for classes ranging from yoga and meditation to expressive arts such as painting and dance.

Classes at the Learning Center are open to the public and are available on a sliding scale fee. We are organized as a 501.c3 non-profit with the mission of providing body/mind based integrated healing services to people who have experienced trauma and other adverse life events.
